Rachael Bland is no stranger to Clever Clogs having worked previously in the nursery, so we were delighted to welcome her back recently.

She first joined in 2017 and now, whilst studying for a degree in business management, she has returned to work on a part-time basis in our after-school/holiday club.

This includes picking up the children from school and bringing them back to the nursery for wraparound care and in the school, holidays putting on activities for children up to the age of 11.

Rachael, who has her Level 3 in childcare, says: “I always enjoyed looking after younger members of my family so coming into childcare on a professional basis was a logical step.

“I enjoyed my first time at Clever Clogs and only left to be closer to where I lived, and now it is great to be back.

“With the after-school/holiday club, there is range of younger children through to children about to start school, so it’s always nice and varied.”
