Clever Clogs Bowburn Assistant Manager Jane White only had one ambition in life when it came to her career and that was to work in childcare.

She even went further than most and did a Degree in Childhood Studies to give her an even greater understanding of early years learning and development.

Jane has worked in childcare for 16 years, most of these in settings in North Yorkshire where she has lived most of her life.

Having taken a break to bring up her two children, she took on the role of Assistant Manager at Clever Clogs Bowburn in January 2023 and has already settled in well.

Jane says: “It’s a fantastic nursery with a real homely atmosphere, great supportive parents and a fantastic staff team.

“I have worked in an outstanding nursery before but it’s clear the standards here are very high and I am looking forward to making my own contribution to the ongoing development and success of the nursery.”
