Our Nursery Fee Structure for Non-Funded sessions

0–2 Years Old

  • AM Session (7.30am – 1.00pm): £49.50
  • PM Session (1.00pm – 6.00pm): £48.50
  • Full Day (7.30am – 6.00pm): £78.00
  • Full Week (Discounted Rate): £370.00

2–3 Years Old

  • AM Session (7.30am – 1.00pm): £48.75
  • PM Session (1.00pm – 6.00pm): £47.75
  • Full Day (7.30am – 6.00pm): £77.00
  • Full Week (Discounted Rate): £365.00

3–4 Years Old

  • AM Session (7.30am – 1.00pm): £48.00
  • PM Session (1.00pm – 6.00pm): £47.00
  • Full Day (7.30am – 6.00pm): £76.25
  • Full Week (Discounted Rate): £360.00

Conditions

  • The nursery will be closed on all Bank Holidays (normal fees still apply)
  • We are closed between Christmas and New Year (no fees are payable)
  • A minimum of two full day sessions per week is required
  • No refunds or swapped sessions or credits will be given for absence, holidays or sickness
  • A £50 deposit and £50 registration fee is payable
  • The £50 deposit will be returned following your child’s last day once accounts have been checked
  • We do not offer childcare by the hour

Funded Childcare and Additional Voluntary Charges

There is no deposit or admin fee for children who attend for funded only sessions and are not purchasing any additional services.

It is important to know that the government funding is not intended to cover the full cost of childcare. It does not include extras such as food and activities we provide above and beyond the delivery of the EYFS such as early talk and speech and language sessions which are tailored to your child’s individual stage of development, home learning packs, a lending library, regular stay and play activity sessions, graduation and nativity performances as well as our settling in and taster sessions. We also provide an App to which you have full access to which keeps you fully updated instantly. If you wish to opt out of these please speak to the nursery management team.

We receive funding from the local authority for 38 weeks of the year only.

Our funded session options are available in the following ways:

Option one: Funded only sessions

  • 30 hours per week: 3 x full days from 8.00am until 6.00pm = 3 x full days of 10 hours per week for the 38 weeks of the year funding is received
  • 15 hours per week: 1 x full day from 8.00am until 6.00pm = 10 hours and 1 x AM or PM session – either 8.00am until 1.00pm or 1.00pm until 6.00pm = 15 hours for the 38 weeks of the yearfunding is received. Any additional sessions can be purchased and will be charged at our normal standard rate
  • Additional voluntary charges
    • Early start sessions 7.30am until 8.00am @ £6.75 per day
    • Full day food which includes AM and PM snack and a two-course hot lunch £8.90
    • Part payments are accepted. Am snack-£1.90 PM snack- £2.20£ Lunch only £4.80
    • Consumable charges that cover all additional activities. These are charged at £2.00 per full day and £1.00 per half day session

Option 2: funded hours spread over the 51 weeks we are open

  • We can stretch funding over 51 weeks of the year
  • This equates to 22.35 hours per week for the 30-hour option or 11.17 hours per week for the 15-hour option
  • Additional charges to cover the non-funded weeks and additional days will be charged at our standard rates
  • Optional additional charges, such as food and consumables that cover the 38 funded weeks can also be spread over the 51 weeks
  • There are no additional charges for food or consumables for the remaining 13 weeks of non-funded childcare. 

    Charges for children attending 3 full 10 hour days for 51 weeks of the year are below:

    30 hours funding spread over 51 weeks equates to 22.35 hours per week which is 22 hours and 21 minutes per week. The remaining 7.65 hours, which is 7 hours and 39 minutes per week will be charged monthly as below.

    In all age brackets, if you choose to opt in to consumables and food, these will be also spread over the 51 weeks and charged monthly as £19.13 per month for consumables and £84.53 per month for food.

  • Children the term after they turn nine months until the term after they turn 2 years old ; – £0 per month for the additional 7.65 hours per week
  • Children the term after they turn 2 years old  until the term after they turn 3 years old ; -£240.85 per month Which is 7.65 hours each week @ £7.40 per hour
  • Children the term after they turn 3 years old until they leave to go to school reception class; -£298.51 per month Which is 7.65 hours each week @ £8.73 per hour
